According to the requirements of production safety management, our company carries out risk assessment, supervision, training in production safety and other related work this month.
1. The workshop will carry out a troubleshooting every month to solve hidden trouble in every department. The person in charge are required to summary and track in time. The drawbacks and problems need to be managed and rectified within a time period. The inspectors should record the rectification.
2. Warning signs and alerts need to be hung in different areas of workshop. Safety awareness should be strengthened in various ways to raise the level of safety. According to the relevant national laws and regulations, staffs of all departments shall participate and coordinate actively in the safety inspection and occupational sanitary monitoring that organized by the company.
3. Setting up the bulletin board to announce the results of safety inspection and regulations in the production safety in time. In this way, our staffs can learn about the relevant information.
4. Our company demands explicitly that all the operating personnel must wear labor protective products and follow the safety operation procedure when operating. Every staff must be responsible for the production safety and any violation operation shall be forbidden. Unsafe practices should be rectified immediately to ensure the security.
